Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with Undiscovered Realm you acknowledge you have read and agree to the terms and conditions listed below:

Shipping of items:

We take great measure to ensure your item is packaged and shipped with the highest regard to you receiving it in great condition. We use strong boxes, bubble wrap, and additional measures such as double boxing and pop protectors where applicable. We are also big collectors ourselves so we understand the needs of the community.

We examine all items before they are shipped to ensure they are in good condition and free from defect. While we do everything possible to check them we are not responsible for subjective manufacturing issues such as minor paint flaws, minor box flaws, or other general manufacturing issues. If something is defective or damaged please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it with photos of the issue and we will work with you to determine if it is acceptable for a return, refund, or exchange. 

If an item is marked as shelf worn or damage is indicated the item is sold as is and non returnable/refundable. All items listed with wear or damage are strictly box or packaging related issues and the item inside is still in new condition. 

We guarantee delivery up until the point when the item is marked as delivered by the carrier to its final destination. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items after they are delivered. You are responsible for making sure items are being delivered to a safe location. 

Time of shipment:

We make every effort to get your item packaged and shipped out as fast as possible. We pack and ship same day whenever possible Tuesday - Sunday. We ship through USPS or UPS. Your item is subject to the delivery speed of the carrier, we use every effort to get you your item as soon as possible but we are not liable for delays in shipment or processing once dropped off with the carrier.

We offer in store pickup for customers who want to pick up their items at our retail store in White Plains, NY. Choosing this option does not negate shipping charges if you need your item shipped. If you select in store pick up by mistake or later need your item shipped we will send an invoice for the shipping charge, as soon as it is paid we will ship your item. 

International Shipping:

We ship to most countries. Some items may be restricted due to licensing. We cannot mark any international items as gift to avoid duties, taxes, or other fees. We are not liable for any additional charges incurred after your package ships. Please check with your local shipping provider about potential fees prior to purchase. We are not responsible for any delays or issues once your package leaves the United States. Although we pack with the utmost care and provide extra packing for international shipments we do not guarantee against shipping damage when shipping outside of the United States. 

Pre Orders

When placing a Pre Order we give a 24 hour window to cancel the order after that the Pre Order is locked in because we are committing to the manufacturer to purchase and reserve that item for you. If you would like to cancel your order we can do so but must asses a 10% restocking fee. If you purchased by PayPal even if within the first 24 hours the refund will be minus 3% as PayPal no longer refunds fees at all when refunding purchases. This has nothing to do with us and it is their policy since 2020.

By pre ordering an item you agree that items may be delayed by the manufacturer or other sources outside of our control. Dates listed for release are an estimate given to us by the manufacturer and while they are often accurate they can change at any time.

Pre Order items will not ship until all items in your order are available. If you order in stock items along with Pre Orders none of them will ship until the Pre Orders are released. If you need your in stock items right away please place a separate order or we can invoice you for separate shipping and ship out your in stock items. 

Pre Orders are charged at the time the order is placed. If a Pre Order item goes down in price before release we will refund the difference in price back to your method of payment. 

Pricing and order limits:

Pricing is subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to cancel any orders due to errors or system issues. We also reserve the right to limit quantities of items at our discretion. 

The term “Bulk Purchaser” shall mean and include Purchasers for resale and Purchasers of greater than five (5) items of the same Merchandise SKU. we reserve the right to refuse, restrict, limit, cancel or alter orders and the terms of purchase and return applicable to Bulk Purchasers at any time.

Bulk Purchasers may not return any Merchandise. All sales of Merchandise to Bulk Purchasers are final.

Bulk Purchasers may not redeem coupons, Discounts or other promotional offers which require a code or identifier to redeem. Bulk Purchasers may not redeem any coupons, credits or other benefits obtained through loyalty programs.

We reserve the right to refuse sales to bulk purchasers at any time.
