Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of arrival. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Some exclusions apply please see the list below.Â
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be unopened in the original packaging. If the item was shipped in a sealed case the case must be unopened.Â
When placing a Pre Order we give a 24 hour window to cancel the order after that the Pre Order is locked in because we are committing to the manufacturer to purchase and reserve that item for you. If you would like to cancel your order we can do so but must asses a 10% restocking fee. If you purchased by PayPal even if within the first 24 hours the refund will be minus 3% as PayPal no longer refunds fees at all when refunding purchases. This has nothing to do with us and it is their policy since 2020.
By pre ordering an item you agree that items may be delayed by the manufacturer or other sources outside of our control. Dates listed for release are an estimate given to us by the manufacturer and while they are often accurate they can change at any time.
Pre Order items will not ship until all items in your order are available. If you order in stock items along with Pre Orders none of them will ship until the Pre Orders are released. If you need your in stock items right away please place a separate order or we can invoice you for separate shipping and ship out your in stock items.Â
Pre Orders are charged at the time the order is placed. If a Pre Order item goes down in price before release we will refund the difference in price back to your method of payment.Â

- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Pop Protectors
-Light Box Damage, Box Damage, or Heavy Box Damage Pops are sold as is.Â
-Sealed Card Product such as Booster Packs, Booster Boxes, Decks, etc.
Mystery Boxes are not returnable. All Mystery Boxes are random and purchased with no guarantee to specific items or value inside aside from what is outlined in the listing specific to that mystery box or other mystery item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at UndiscoveredRealmNY@gmail.com and send your item to: Undiscovered Realm Inc, 66 Fulton Street, 2nd Floor, White Plains NY 10606, United States.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
